Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Finds by Maya.

Returns: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. To start a return, email shop.mayathebest@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's processed. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, write to shop.mayathebest@gmail.com.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get the right item is to request a return, then place a new order once it's approved.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned.
